RE: How do you use mv_click_map
****** message to minivend-users from "Brian Walters" <Brian@TexasComputers.com> ******
Hey thanks Gideon but I KNOW you missed my whole point of my other post.
I did read the docs, and used a search tool (grep) & ALT F in Netscape and
didn't find anything talking about mv_click_map. Sure there was plenty about
mv_click but NOTHING about mv_click_map. I finally guessed it to death by
observing the actions of the todo.map stuff.
BTW Your example would not work for what I described in my post below.
Here's what does work for people who are trying to make different graphical
submit buttons:
<INPUT TYPE=image SRC="visit.gif" name=mv_click.Visit BORDER=0>
<INPUT TYPE=image SRC="video.gif" name=mv_click.Video BORDER=0>
<INPUT TYPE=image SRC="down.gif" name=mv_click.Download BORDER=0>
<INPUT TYPE=hidden NAME=mv_click_map VALUE="Visit">
<INPUT TYPE=hidden NAME=mv_click_map VALUE="Video">
<INPUT TYPE=hidden NAME=mv_click_map VALUE="Download">
Thanks again Gideon, you got my brain rolling in the right direction. This
mv_click_map is really great! There should definetly be more info on it in
future docs.
