Will not calculate shipping

The following is a copy of one of the UPS shipping lines from "shipping"asc"
upsg UPS Ground price 0 150 u Ground [default zip 98366]
When I change "u Ground [default zip 98366]" to "f 6" it will no longer
calculate shipping and I get the following error message:
Note: Shipping mode 'upsg': bad formula. Returning 0.No match found for mode
'upsg', quantity '56', returning 0. Shipping mode 'upsg': bad formula.

Does anyone know the solution?
