Try something like
    [comment]<!-- list of categories -->[/comment]
    [loop search="ml=100/ra=yes/tf=category/rf=category/un=yes"]
       [loop-code]
    [/loop] 

[loop-code] is the category, because I onlz return the category-field (rf=category)
this should be much faster...
