FORM: mv_data_function=delete not working

Hello:
I'm trying to delete a record from Minivend database through form.
Inspite i did follow every systaxs in the document as below, the record
'000001' won't be deleted (all data in other fields are gone though). Am i
still missing something, or Minivend won't allow deleting a record?
