Re: GPG/gnupg/GNU Privacy Guard

****** message to minivend-users from xerxes@intermind.net ******

I have a question, which isn't exactly a minivend question wholey (is
that a word?) Anyways, I have from the shell account at the ISP we
are hosting our site configured gpg, I have imported and signed the
key that I use on my PC pgp5.5. This is the account I want to
ultimatly read the orders. I have tested echoing data piped into gpg
with all the options and it works great, I can decrypt on the PC
with no problems.

However when I place it into minivend I get the following using

> EncryptProgram /usr/local/bin/gpg -e -a -q -r sales@foobar.com

 > gpg: sales@foobar.com: skipped: public key not found
 > gpg: [stdin]: encryption failed: public key not found

I even added the --homedir to force going to the right area and got
even more errors of unable to open files/permission denied. My
suspicion is that I need to have my public key imported into the user
that mvend or the web server runs as, am I correct in this
assumption? If you have any thoughts it would be appreciated.

Milo
