CATDOCROOT

I noticed in the catalog.cfg file that the following is defined:
StaticDir __CATDOCROOT__/pages
However, I can't find the variable CATDOCROOT defined anywhere. Is this an
internal define for Minivend or a typo? I grep'd around in the Minivend
directory and did not find it anywhere.
