There's a freeware program called HylaFAX, which may work for you.  If
there's one available, get a binary/package for your OS, because setting
it up from scratch isn't the easiest thing in the world (though I hear
it's much easier now).

It supports queuing and re-dialing and all that good stuff (also supports
paging).


I don't remember the URL to their WWW site offhand, but head over to yahoo
and search for hylafax.
