100K + users/day

Hello,

Now that minivend is up and running lots of groovy things, we want to
promote the store.  We want to make sure we can handle 100,000 users/day
without any problems.  Does anyone have experience with minivend in a
high-traffic situation?

Some things we currently do not have implemented but am fairly certain would
need to be before growing a lot are Cybercash and mySQL.

Reporting would be a great thing (and necessary) for a large volume store.
Does anyone have any kind of reporting in action?

Also, multiple fulfillers would need to be automated.  Currently we parse
the backend.asc file into separate fulfiller files.  Ideally, when an order
is placed, each fulfiller that is needed to fill an order would get an email
with the shipping information and product information for only their
products.
