Actually, the problem I am experiencing seems to have to do with
correctly using the minivend [if] tags.
Sorry for misinformation. It is a minor problem that I haven't
worked out. When I can well define the problem, I will repost with
details.

On a related topic, how do I define variables used by templates?
E.G. I am starting from the simple demo. I want to add a second phone
number associated with the billing address that can be accessed
via minivend tags in templates.
