I don't know if the mailing list search is running, but I've covered this
one before.  Off the top of my head I think the solution was something like:

[if explicit [subtotal noformat=1] gt 75]
Big spender
[else]
Cheap
[/else]
[/if]

Something like that... I think.  :-)
