Search Engine Saga Continues

I am still trying to figure out how to setup a single search engine..

you can enter a keyword and click on the category from the database you
wanna search.

But I also have Pull Down menus that you can pulldown, but I need to limit
those to search the category in which they are for..

Now bare with me.. I have a example below to check out. The coding is not
accurate on the page and it doesn't actually execute..

But I want it to be that if you select a pulldown item, it will search that
area of the database.

If nothing was checked on the search and someone selected RED under color,
i want it to only search for RED in the color column of the database.

any suggestions would be appreciated.
remember somehow each pulldown has to be seperated in case someone selects
more than one choice.
