HELP! Expirall -r

Hi Everyone,
    HELP!  I did an expireall -r, trying to delete all the cached files,
etc.  A little before that I backed up my catalog and HTML directories using
winzip and samba. Well, did it ever expire them!  I can't access ~ANY~ of my
catalogs.  It comes up "premature end of script headers".
    Can I chmod or anything like that the files, either in the cgi-bin
directory or the catalog directory and save these?  The last time this
happened I accidentally chmod'd everything in my cgi-bin directory, and even
after going back to the original settings they still would work.  I had to
back-up and reinstall all my catalogs individually, now I have over 20.
    Any suggestions?

P.S. Do you think it was winzip or expirall that did the damage?
