BACKEND ORDERING Woes...

Hi Folks:
    Have a question about the Minivend Backend.asc ordering files...

    The software I am writing requires me to be able to show the total-cost, shipping, and
salestax values in the backend.asc file.  When I put the line in the catalog.cfg file:

   BackendOrder
name,company,address,city,state,zip,country,account,mv_shipmode,phone_day,salestax,shipping,subtotal

    It shows everything execpt for salestax, shipping, and subtotal... I have also tried
stuff like [value subtotal] in that line, foolishly thinking that it would work... just to
cover all the bases...  In the doc's it say you can reference anything in the hash,
however, (1) what is the hashes name, (2) what is actually in the hash for values?
