Question about upgrading 3.11 to 3.12

Hi List, 
Hi Mike !

What would I have to do exactly in order to get a
MV3.11-server upgraded to 3.12 ?

How can I ensure that the current shops will keep
running, and is backing up the /mvend/ directory
the only thing I will have to do in order to have
the possibility to switch back to 3.11 when
problems occur ?

Which mv-tags have changed in usage or syntax ?
