Shipping Problem

I am still Stumped..

There is no base price in my products.asc for the items..
and in my pricing.asc all I have are CommonAdjusts.

pricing.asc
code	q1	q5	q10
666	4	8	12
999		6	12
333			12
But when people order stuff and everything WHEN they checkout shipping
never calculates. Not once. If i open the products.asc and put a fake price
in a price field then shipping calculates BUT only on the items whose price
is from the products.asc..

So if i set a code 444 in products.asc to $10.00 and lets say shipping is
$1.00 per $10.00

If someone orders 1 of item 666 ($4.00) and 5 of 999 ($6.00) and 1 of 444
($10.00), The total is $20.00, but when you look at the checkout. The
shipping only shows up as $1.00 not 2. It's only calculating shipping on
the price field in the products.asc..

I need to know some sort of workaround to have it calculate shipping on the
non discounted,CommonAdjusted Total..

Any suggestions?
