Well, yes, but you need to set the enctype property of the form to
"multipart/form-data" to do file uploads. Trying this, all I got from the
minivend server was this error message in the error.log:
gKPb5EG5:admin admin [18/March/1999:14:56:09 +0100] schoenherr
/cgi-bin/schoenherradm/process Difficulty interacting with browser: Content
type 'multipart/form-data;
boundary=---------------------------13532841629704' for form submission is
not application/x-www-form-urlencoded
This looks like minivend can't handle multipart encoded http contents...
