File upload does not depend on CGI.pm.
If my memory is right there is in ftp.minivend.com/beta
an "upload" file of some sort which I believe is at least
a hint at it.
We typically do it by posting to a small C code script that handles the
file ( there are usually SUID issues) and then redirecting back into
minivend session.
