That's a webserver error, not a Minvend error per se. The path
"/usr/lib/cgi-bin/simple" looks wrong. It should probably be
"/cgi-bin/simple" so you might want to check the paths in the catalog.cfg
file for simple and the Catalog directive for simple in minivend.cfg to
make sure they have the right paths. Also verify permissions of
/cgi-bin/simple.
