For what is worth Ross, there has been a lot of discussion about the documentation and there
is on on-going project in the works for a rewrite. As for simple vs complex, I believe it is
relative. I had very little difficulty getting the sample 'simple' database up and running.
Where I experienced a few bruises was in the customizing of the system to relate to my
companies needs and several people on the list have been of tremendous help. Yes, I believe
that better documentation would have reduced the number of past and present bruises.

If there is one void, it has to be that if the members of the list can't answer the questions
posted, they often go unanswered. The 'keeper-of-the-keys', obviously can't be all to
everyone and yes this can be very frustrating to have questions that are very important to
you go unanswered, but this is not a commercially supported product. I sometimes forget that
myself and get irritated, but hopefully I cool off before I press the SEND button...
