On-screen Receipt failure; e-mail receipt complete, counter number will
not change.

MiniVend: 3.1
NT-40/sp3
SendMail
Active Perl 5.

Can anyone tell me why my receipt fails or what the file name
of the htm file that controls on-screen display and maybe why
it fails. Also, any info on what you may know about the 
number counter.
