Let Users change their Username: HOW ?!!

Hi All,
I'm using version 3.11.
Is there any way, in which I can let a user change his username, once he's
logged in ?
See, I let users log in using their E-mail address, and I want them to be
able to change it, just like the other variables:
Yes I know, I could just add an e-mail field to the account-page, but the
username wouldn't change if the e-mail address was changed.
Does anybody have a suggestion ? It would be greatly appreciated.
