Have you edited you minivend.cfg? That "UserTag 'loc'" message sounds
vaguely familiar. I noted the other day that minivend.cfg breaks if it is
FTP'd using binary mode rather than ASCII mode. You might want to start
again with the original distribution version of minivend.cfg and carefully
apply your changes again.
