I had this same problem a few weeks ago, and got around it by adding this to
the search URL:

ml=100 (mv_match_limit, which seemed to be defaulted to 50)  This now sets the
limit to 100 items displayed on the page.

ie:  Change your search URL to:
http://www.aisle7.com/cgi-bin/aisle7/scan/sf=category/se=Personal%20Care/ml=100
