Hi Sam,

You might want to check the contents of the following lines in catalog.cfg.:

Variable ORDERS_TO
Variable ENCRYPTOR
SendMailProgram (in case your system doesn't have sendmail in the normal
location)

If ENCRYPTOR is using PGP, you can see what PGP is doing by changing:
 ... 2>/dev/null
to:
 ... 2>~/pgp-error.log

If you don't find the answer by looking at these, perhaps post more information
about what you have tried, and any other information which you feel might 
prove useful, so that we'll have some information on which to base our help. :)

As far as viewing orders other than via email - I don't have any experience
in that area, so I can't help there.
