US Possessions

Hi,

Does anyone have a workaround for accepting US Possessions as part of the 
United States without changing mvend/lib/Vend/Order.pm? Customers from 
these possessions assume that "United States" is the proper choice on the 
checkout form, but become frustrated when their "state" doesn't work, and 
I'd like to avoid forcing them to go to the international list and choose 
"US Possession" from the list, as it's not what the customer would 
naturally do.
