Is this mailing list working today?

I've sent several messages to this maillist today, but only one of them has
shown up.  Is this list moderated or filtered first?  I'm getting some
messages for the list, and I haven't received any bounced messages.  Am I
just experiencing lousy email service today, or is there a problem?
