Place Order ! - loops

Hi,

I am new to minivend and I don't know why checkout.html loops.
This is what I do:

<INPUT TYPE="hidden" NAME="mv_failpage" VALUE="special/needfield">

<INPUT TYPE="hidden" NAME="mv_nextpage" VALUE="receipt">
..
..
[set Place Order!]

Clicking 'Place Order!' forces minivend not to proceed but loop on 
checkout.html. The error.log does not tell the secret, so I am against
the wall a bit. Do I have to watch out for special payment/shipping modes
or oder.profile - configs ? I don't want to pay by credit card. 
After placing name, address, country, email and phone minivend should
proceed with the receipt.html page. 

Could somebody answer this ?
