basket.html submit buttons not working on Netscape 4.5

I have a very strange problem: I have recently downloaded the latest
Netscape 4.5 Communicator. Using the Netscape Navigator Browser, none of
the Submit Buttons on the basket.html work (Recalculate, Checkout,
etc.). The buttons on the menubar work, however. After a long timeout
(2-3 min.) a message appears:
"A network error occurred while Netscape was receiving data. (Network
Error: Connection reset by peer)"

On MS Explorer all buttons work without any problem.

Anyone noticed this behaviour?
