How do I stopping receipts from being emailed?

Hi all:

What would I have to set ORDERS_TO or MailOrderTo to stop the receipt from
being emailed.  I do my order processing from tracking.asc and have no need
at the moment for individual order receipts.  I suppose I could blank out
receipt.html or create a .forward file for the email address and forward the
mail off to /dev/null, but if there is a way in the catalog.cfg file to do
this I'd rather do it from there?  Can I direct the receipt off to /dev/null
using ORDERS_TO or MailOrderTo or stop the emailing altogether?

I'm using MV 3.08.
