Zip Code Error

G'Day Folks,
Well I recent upgraded my Minivend from 3.11 to 3.12b6 and a small error
has cropped up, which I just can't seem to find.
I have combinded my old checkout basket with features from the new one.
basicly I upgraded all of the embedded code and the country stuff. I also
added a wack of required fields to the required fields area.
Now however whenever someone places an order with a completely valid
address I get the "required file(s)" error pages with a "zip=zip" error.
Any ideas?
