Some basic questions

Hi,


I am new to MiniVend and have some basic questions, which I did not found
within the documentation & mailinglist-archives:

  o Where is the template for the product-detail page?
    (This page which results by Browse -> ?-Button and gives the
    product-picture + comment)

  o Where can I configure a fixed VAT which is added at the Checkout-Page?

  o I would like to include a bigger (high-res) picture of a product
    at the product-detail-page (at the moment, the thumbnail from the
    Browse-page is included). Where is the according switch/flag...?
