how to launch Wizard?

Hi,

    Could anyone please tell me how to launch the web-based config 
script "Wizard" from a browser?  I can't find this info in any 
documents.  Also, i tried this on my Netscape :

  http://localhost:7786/mv_admin

 But the error message "Document contains no data" comes up.  Thanks in 
advance for your response.
