No results in Frame with BETA 3.12

Here is my code used to try a search:

<FORM ACTION="[process-search]" METHOD=POST>
<INPUT TYPE=TEXT MAXLENGTH=30 NAME="mv_searchspec" SIZE=13></FORM>

Output is going to the correct frame area but it returns the page I sent
the search from and not the results page. Search works fine in simple
demo and this was taken from the sample demo with 3.11 where it works
fine and outputs the search results page into the correct frame. Does
anyone know the missing key here? The url built by MV is:

TARGET="frame15203" METHOD=POST>

I have tried forcing the mv_search_page with no luck. The catalog.cfg
file has been altered to match the cat file from the 3.11 sample demo.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated. I fail to see the error since
this works just fine in 3.11. There is also no error entry printed out
so this leads me to assume it "thinks" it is doing exactly what it
should be.
