Shipping Cost Problem

Shipping cost drivin me nuts…
For the life of me I cant figure out why my shipping cost for a 2 lb item mode upsg
keeps coming up at $7.12. I have installed the zone rate card for my area, set
CustomShipping to weight and or Yes, Defualt Shipping to upsg and or 0, removed
the 3.00 addition to ground rates in the shipping.asc but still no luck. The
Ground.asc file is ok. Any ideas on where else I might look to see why this is so
high?
