Thank you for your spark, Jason.
It isn't me, it's my ISP.
My decision now is either to change internet service providers or give-up on minivend.
I'll check out the ISP sites listed on Minivend.  Then it should be a perfect install first time
through with the 13 parameters to enter in at the prompts from
