Simple question

I am considering using minivend for several online stores i am about to
produce. I have one question that is the decideing factor.
If i only have 1 or a limited number of a certain item, is minivend
capable of simply removing or marking the item "SOLD" as soon as 1
person makes an order for it?

if minivend doesnt support this.. doesanyone know what will?
