Dear All,

Apparently the growing size of the MV documents has triggered
a bug in the Perl File::Copy module. Since the files in doc
are linked to files in dist/simple/html, and the size is greater
than 524288 bytes, it truncates both files when copying. 8-\
This may not happen on some versions of Perl or some operating
systems. 

The solution is to remove all files in doc/ after untarring
the package. Also, docs are available at:
