wierd errors in error.log ?

Hello. I have been seeing some wierd errors in my error.log,
somehow the form is not always posted as POST, sometimes as GET.
A sample of some of the errors are below. The only way I can
reproduce the error is to click a POST submit button, like checkout,
and the put my curson in the URL location textfield and then click
enter. This just calls MV without posting any data to it, and then
I get the error. I can't imagine how this can be happening on
my live site. All the FORMs are declared as POST. Thanks for
any help.

I have also seen this error a few times, no idea what it is.
