	Yes, but this should not be default behaviour.  Just because I
sold out of T-shirts (inventory is zero), and I won't get any more in
stock until Thursday, doesn't mean I want to stop taking orders for that
product.

	You can use the Inventory field for whatever you want--to stop
showing the item, to add a note which says, "Sorry, there is currently a 1
week delay on shipping this item", or whatever else you like.  You just
need to write the code to do it.
