installing Minivend with CPAN.pm?

Hello,

I'm wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to install Minivend by using
CPAN.pm ?
e.g.
cpan> install Bundle::Minivend

as opposed to downloading it 'manually' (FTP) and installing manually (make,
make test....)
