RDBMS schema needed

Hello,
New MiniVend user I am... and have read MV can work with any ODBC compliant
DB.
I am wondering if there are any samples/examples of RDBMS schemas that MV
expects in a DB it connects to?
I would like to use Oracle on Linux or Solaris (although it should not
matter because MV uses DBI) for this even though it may be smarter
(support-wise) to go with MySQL.
I could not find any info about that in the docs (online).
Is there a particular schema that MV expects/requires?
